Who is responsible
Micromator, LLC is responsible for information collected on this site.
Right now
The pilot list is not open yet. This site does not send or store anything you type into the pilot form. It uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts or scripts.
When the pilot list opens
The form will collect your name, email, role, number of units, state and, if you choose, your city, booking platforms, whether you charge a smoking or vaping fee, how many incidents you had in the last 12 months, and a short note about the last one. It also records your consent to be contacted.
We will use this information only to choose pilot properties and to contact you about the pilot. We will not sell it or share it for advertising.
Before it opens
This notice will give a privacy contact, and say how long pilot-list information is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Sensor information
This notice covers the pilot list only. The sensor and the evidence workflow will have their own privacy documentation before any pilot installation.
